The Louisiana Legislature has proposed a bill to introduce the grow older of legal tobacco use from 18 to 21 years adept.

Walker Hines, D-New Orleans, said he proposed Business Bill 240 to reduce health care costs for the state and draw the lives of Louisiana residents.
